How do I make payment?
Payment instructions will be included in your invoice. Please note that all payments are processed through secure methods to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your transaction.
Full payment is taken upon placing your order.
What if I want to make changes to my order?
If you want to make any changes to your order(s), it must be made within 2 DAYS from when your order(s) was made.
How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders need to be placed at LEAST 14 days (2 weeks) before the date needed.
If you place an order in a time frame of less than 2 weeks, your order may or may not be taken depending on availability.

What are your collection times?
Orders are to be collected between 12:00-13:00pm. If this time does not suit you, a convenient time will be allocated once discussed.
What time can I get my bake(s) delivered?
We can deliver at a time that is convenient for both you and us. Just let us know your preferred delivery time, and we'll do our best to accommodate it!
