By placing an order with BlessieBakes, you have agreed to the following Terms & Conditions which applies to all of our products that we produce. You have also agreed to have read and understood our policy.

You as a customer are responsible for reading our policy before accepting your order and making any payments. We will not hold any responsibility for customers that do not take the time to read this. In order to secure your order, you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. This must be paid within 24 hours to secure your order. The remainder should be paid 2 DAYS BEFORE collection/delivery. If you the customer are to cancel the order you will NOT be reimbursed under any circumstances. This is because once your deposit is made, we begin purchasing what is needed to complete your order. In the event that we cancel your order, you will be reimbursed in FULL. Orders totalling £55 and under will be required to be payed in FULL. Orders are to be collected between 12:00-13:00pm. If this time does not suit you, a convenient time will be allocated once discussed. Deliveries are set at a time convenient for you! Just let us know what time you would want.

You, the customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cake/ and or baked goods is released from our care. We will not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter. Therefore will not be issued a refund. Once you or your third party collects the order, you have accepted that you are happy with the item(s) and that you are satisfied with the outcome. In the event that the the item(s) you collect/gets delivered is not up to your expectations, and you do not say anything a that said time, you will not be issued a refund. We ask that you speak up so any flaws can be fixed.

Orders need to be placed at LEAST 14 days (2 weeks) before the date needed. If you place an order in a time frame of less than 2 weeks, your order may or may not be taken depending on availability.

1. CARRYING Carry the cake from the bottom NEVER from the top or the sides. 2. TRANSPORT During transport cake should be kept level at all times preferably in the footwell of the passenger chair or the car boot. 3. CAR CONDITIONS If the car is hot make sure that AC has been running for at least 10 minutes and drive carefully! Avoid going over speed bumps fast, sharp turns and stops. 4. PRESERVATION Keep the cake refrigerated and remove from fridge at 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. After cutting, store in an airtight container and consume within 1-3 days.
