Q: What kind of goodies do you make?
A: I make all the sweet stuff myself! From chocolate-covered strawberries, Oreos, pretzels, marshmallows, and cheesecake-filled treats, to chocolate breakables and custom party boxes, I’ve got your sweet tooth covered.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: I’m based in Northside Syracuse, NY, and serve the surrounding areas.
Q: Can I place a last-minute order?
A: I wish I could! But I need at least 3 days’ notice to make your order perfect.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: The cheapest item I sell is $15, so that’s the minimum you’ll need to spend.
💳 Payments & Deposits
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes! I ask for 50% upfront to secure your order.
Q: Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind?
A: Nope, deposits are nonrefundable. This helps me keep everything on track and make sure your treats are perfect.
Q: Are your prices final?
A: The prices you see are starting prices. Customizations might add a little extra, but I’ll always let you know.
📅 Pickup & Delivery
Q: How far ahead should I order a party box?
A: Party boxes need a little extra love, so please give me 2 weeks’ notice.
Q: What happens after I place an order?
A: Once your order is confirmed and deposit paid, I’ll text you when it’s ready to pick up.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! I use Uber Connect for deliveries. Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fee, which is set by Uber Connect based on your location and other factors.
🍓 Freshness & Allergies
Q: How long do my treats stay fresh?
A: Chocolate-covered strawberries, cheesecake goodies, and similar items are best eaten the same day. If you need to wait, pop them in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Q: I have allergies, can you help?
A: Absolutely! Just let me know when ordering so I can make something safe and yummy for you.
