If you think whole wheat bread is dry, crumbly, and hard to choke down, give this loaf a try. It's made from freshly ground white whole wheat with a touch of honey. This bread freezes beautifully.

This homemade pizza crust is perfectly chewy with a slight hint of garlic. The ball of dough will be frozen, plan on 4-5 hours to thaw on the counter. Makes one 14-16" pizza or breadsticks.
