Love In Every Bite by Dani

Hi! Welcome to Love In Every Bite by Dani! I am a local Coppell mom and I have a son who is in his Senior year of high school and he is my sampler for everything I make! I started my cottage bakery officially on July 18, 2021 after several of my sweet friends pushed me to share my treats with the public. Since then, I added charcuterie, personal chef services and small group catering. My love for baking began in my childhood with my first easy bake oven! I used to make cakes for my older brother and his friends. Cooking evolved from that and comes from my family roots - we are that family that always has too many cooks in the kitchen! My love for cooking really took off when I worked for Whole Foods in the prepared foods department for a couple of years. It was like having your own culinary school built into your job.

Love In Every Bite by Dani is a cottage kitchen, made to order bakery. I also provide personal chef services and small group catering, charcuterie, boxed lunches, soups, sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps, pasta and salads. I am a member of the International Charcuterie Association and I am food safety certified in Texas.
