For smaller orders (under 5 dozen) typical turn around time is 2 days. Order must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
For larger orders (over 5 dozen) typical turn around time is one week. Orders must be placed one week in advance.
For cookie cakes, turn around time is 3 days. Orders must be place 3 days in advance.
How can I pay via credit or debit card?
Elegant Edge To Go can accept credit or debit. There is a 4% processing fee.
Can I order a mixed ½ dozen or dozen?
Once we get a better foothold on cottage baking we will be offering mixed half dozens and dozens. Follow us for that announcement.
Where are the cinnamon rolls?!

Where is your kitchen?
We are officially home bakers now. Our kitchen is not open to the public and is not subject to inspections or regulations and product may contain or come into contact with allergens.
Where is pick up?
Pick up will be at Elegant Edge To Go on 98th and Giles from 7:30am to 3pm.

Do you do cakes?
We do not offer traditional cake, but we do make 12" cookie cakes. We will gladly recommend our favorite cake artists, just ask!
Why are you called Baked After Dark?
We were once a late night bakery located in Benson. We were only open at night, hence the name Baked After Dark!
