Once your order is confirmed, we’ll coordinate the pickup location and time in which your baked good(s) will be waiting for you. Please note that once there is an agreed upon time, if you are running late there is no guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate. Bakesy will send a reminder the day before but we ask that customers try to pick up at their scheduled time.
Do you ship or deliver?
At this time, orders were primarily porch pickup in Verona but we are happy to deliver if you are in the area!
Does Bake Me Pretty include any allergens?
Bake Me Pretty’s baked goods are all baked egg-free and dairy-free (and nut-free unless requested). If you or a loved one has an allergy, please inform us when placing your order but please know that while we take all safety precautions to prevent any risk, the kitchen surfaces we bake on are not allergen-free and so there is always a risk of cross contamination.
Can I customize specific cake or frosting flavors?
Absolutely! When placing an order, please refer to “Full List of Bake Me Pretty Flavors” to better customize your sweet treats.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards and Venmo.
Can I cancel my order?
We know plans and tastes change so as long as you cancel more than 4 days before your scheduled pickup date, a full refund will be given if you’ve already paid. Full payment is due by this date after which, there are no refunds or changes as preparation will be under way.
