Bake Me Pretty operates out of a licensed home kitchen with baking happening at all hours!
All orders are pickup only at this time the current scheduled pickup hours are as follows: MâF: 8am-8pm; Sat/Sun: 9am-3pm. However, any time you have a question, please shoot us an email at rachel@bakemepretty.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
What if I need an order for a specific date?
When checking out, the questionnaire asks which date/time do you prefer to pickup. Please note that most orders require 10 days notice with larger cake orders requiring 2 weeks. Once we receive your order, an invoice will be sent confirming everything including the pickup information. If we have any questions or need to discuss, we will certainly be in touch!
How does pickup work?
Once you place an order, a confirmation invoice with the pickup date, time and address will be sent. Full payment is required by 3 days before pickup and orders are not begun until full payment is received.
While we completely understand that pickup delays happen, we will try our best to wait and accommodate. However, due to other commitments and appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late and without letting us know, a same day pickup at a later time cannot be guaranteed and may need to be rescheduled altogether. If you are running late, please let us know!
Do you ship or deliver?
While we are planning to deliver in the future, for now all orders are pickup-only.
Unfortunately, due to NJ Cottage Food laws and restrictions, Bake Me Pretty does not allow shipping or selling out of state.
Does Bake Me Pretty include any allergens?
Bake Me Prettyâs baked goods are all egg-free and dairy-free. If you or a loved one has an allergy, please inform us when placing your order.
Please note that we are NOT a nut-free or wheat-free bakery. If you require or prefer your order to be nut and/or gluten free, please inquire to see if we are able.
Can I customize specific cake or frosting flavors?
Absolutely! When placing an order, please refer to âFull List of Bake Me Pretty Flavorsâ to better customize your sweet treats.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards and Venmo.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We know plans and tastes change so as long as you cancel before 3 days before your scheduled pickup date, a full refund will be given if youâve already paid. Full payment is due 3 days before; however, once payment is received, there are no refunds or changes.
Can I get a refund if I damage or misplace my baked goods after picking them up?
No. Unfortunately, once the goods are out of our hands, we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred.
