Sourdough 101 Class Sept. 13

$65 per person for class only $95 for class plus the basic equipment kit. Which includes: 2 loaf pans, bread lame and blades, dough scraper, Danish dough whisk, rubber spatula Let me teach you how to make sourdough with everyday equipment and take much of the confusion out of the process. This is a beginner crinkly casual class with lots of conversation and laughs. Everyone will take home and instruction packet, jar of active starter, and a loaf of classic sourdough.
