Begin your own sourdough journey with our dehydrated sourdough starter—the same active culture used to make our bakery’s sourdough bread. Each 2.5-ounce package contains enough starter for several activations, so you can keep the remainder stored as a backup. A complete step-by-step instruction sheet is included to guide you through reactivating, feeding and maintaining your starter. Once active, it can be used again and again to make sourdough bread and other baked goods. Please allow approximately 2–5 days for the starter to become fully active and ready to bake with.
