From early morning feedings to late-night baking, flour-covered counters to carefully tended dough, every loaf is made with intention and care. What began as a simple passion for the benefits of sourdough has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined.
Each loaf, bagel, and bake is made from scratch using Doughlene, my beloved starter, along with time, patience, and a whole lot of heart.

Every item on the menu can be customized to fit your taste, theme, or event needs. From sourdough loaves and focaccia to bagels, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and cinnamon rolls, you can choose from specialty flavors, add-ins, toppings, fillings, and decorative details to make each order uniquely yours. Whether you are looking for savory herb blends, cheesy additions, sweet flavor combinations, or detailed decorations for a special occasion, each bake is made from scratch and tailored to your request. Simply share your vision, and your order will be thoughtfully crafted with care, creativity, and quality ingredients.
