1. How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on schedule and will include a $25 rush fee.
2. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery for your convenience. There is a flat standard delivery rate of $25 within a 25-mile radius or less.
Please note, we do not travel beyond 50 miles (or more than one hour)—especially during the warmer months—to ensure the proper and safe arrival of your cake and maintain the integrity of your dessert.
3. How do I secure my order?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and debit/credit cards through invoicing. Payment instructions will be included with your invoice.
5. Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly desserts?
At this time, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. While we can offer limited gluten-friendly options upon request, cross-contamination may occur due to shared equipment.
6. Can I customize my cake or cupcakes?
Absolutely! Every dessert is made to order. You can choose your flavors, color palette, theme, and design style. Inspiration photos are always welcome to help bring your vision to life.
7. How much do your cakes or cupcakes cost?
Pricing varies based on flavor selection, design complexity, and quantity. Each order is individually priced and confirmed after invoicing.
8. What size cakes do you offer, and how many people do they serve?
An 8-inch round cake typically serves 12–15 people. Larger or multi-tiered cakes are available for more guests or special occasions.
9. Do you offer tastings or sample boxes?

10. What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event date may receive partial credit toward a future order, at the discretion of Anita Rose Cupcakery.

Keep your desserts in a cool, dry place. For best freshness, refrigerate leftovers and allow them to come to room temperature before serving.
