Thank you for visiting! I’m Sabrina Peet, Chemist by profession and Founder of Anita Rose Cupcakery, LLC, where science meets artistry to create elegant, handcrafted desserts made with intention and love.

In July 2025, I proudly made history as the voice of change in Suffolk, Virginia, successfully advocating for the amendment that now allows residents to operate in-home bakeries. This achievement not only opened the door for me but for countless others, from military families to aspiring entrepreneurs to turn their passion into purpose.

Every dessert I create is a reflection of my dedication to quality, beauty, and excellence. My goal is to transform each bite into a memorable experience, blending refined flavors with timeless presentation.

Ordering & Pricing Details

At Anita Rose Cupcakery, every creation is custom-made with care, creativity, and premium ingredients. Each order is priced individually based on flavor selection, design complexity, size, and the number of cakes or desserts requested.

Capabilities:

We specialize in buttercream cakes, cupcakes, sheet cakes, tiered designs, and dessert boxes for any occasion — including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Custom themes, color palettes, and premium decorations are available upon request.

Pricing:

Pricing is provided after invoicing and confirmed availability.

Cakes start at $50 depending on size and design.

Cupcakes are sold by the dozen (minimum of 12). Buy More, Save More: Buy 24 cupcakes and save 10% with code SAVE10.

Specialty cupcakes, tiered cakes, and intricate designs are priced accordingly.

Delivery:

Complimentary delivery is available within a 5-mile radius.

Delivery begins at $15 for up to 25 miles, and extended distances are available upon request.

A convenient meet-up pickup spot is also available at 2000 Bennetts Creek Road, Suffolk, VA 23435 for customers who prefer to collect their orders.

Rush Orders:

Orders placed less than the required 1-week notice are considered rush orders and will incur a $25 rush fee (subject to availability).

Deposits & Payments:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and requested date.

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt, or the order will be automatically canceled. Orders are considered confirmed only once payment has been received and cleared.

Final payment is due on or before the delivery date.

Order Timeline:

Please place your order at least 1 week in advance. Larger or custom designs may require additional lead time.

Revisions & Cancellations:

As each dessert is made to order, no changes can be made once your order is confirmed. Please include all design details, colors, and flavor preferences at the time of booking.
