Double Chocolate Sourdough
This isn’t bread. This is a dark, crackly, chocolate-obsessed sourdough that happens to look like it escaped from a bakery. That’s double chocolate sourdough: cocoa powder baked right into the dough and generous chunks of chocolate folded in so they melt into molten little surprises. You taste all the soft layers-slow roasted cocoa, a whisper of the sourdough tang, rich vanilla bean paste and all those chocolatey morsels. Toast it and the chocolate gets even more decadent. This is the loaf you buy when you want something that feels special but still belongs on the breakfast table, with a smear of butter, next to a steaming mug of coffee. It’s rustic, a little wild, and unapologetically chocolate.
