Hey love, thanks for choosing us to sweeten your special occasion! We are honored to be your go to home-based bakery for all of your celebrations! We are located in Florence, SC but service all of South Carolina!

🚨PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER🚨

-All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE due to the time, planning, and materials reserved specifically for your order.

-Please note that CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

-Same-day orders are not accepted unless otherwise announced or approved based on availability.

-All rush orders (orders needed within one week or less) require FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking.

-Orders totaling $100 or less REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT to confirm your order.

-Orders over $100 require a NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE 50% deposit to reserve your pickup date.

-To officially secure your requested booking date, your invoice MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS of being received. Orders are not confirmed until payment or the required deposit has been submitted.

- If payment isn’t made within 24 hours, your order will be canceled.

-The remaining balance for orders over $100 is due ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled pickup date.

-If the final balance has not been received by 5:00 p.m. on the due date, a $10 late fee will be added to the remaining balance.

-If payment has not been received and no communication has been made by 5:00 p.m. on the due date, your order will be canceled. We kindly ask that you communicate any concerns or unexpected circumstances as soon as possible.

- If customer still wanted their order, they will be given one more day to pay the remaining balance plus an additional $25 late fee will be applied to the remaining balance that was past due. If payment isn’t made that day the order will be canceled.

- Once your order has been picked up or delivered, Ally’s Sweet Treats is no longer responsible for any damage resulting from handling, transportation, storage, or environmental conditions.
