Hi there! My name is Kim Schoaf, the face behind AdaptDough! If you don't know me already, here's a quick introduction:

-I'm a wife, and a mom of 3 girls

-I have been an OB nurse for 21+ years

-I'm a colon cancer survivor

-I have suffered from Gl issues for years and had to cut out gluten last August, Sourdough goods have been the only baked goods l've been able to enjoy without having any consequences, due to the fermentation process!

-My sourdough journey started back in January and I am pleased to have perfected so many items to share with you all!
