How do I place an order? 1. Check my availability and select your desired pickup date. 2. After I accept your order, I’ll send you an invoice with instructions on how to pay your deposit. 3. Please note that your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

I submitted an order but never got an invoice. What should I do? If you haven’t received an invoice via email or text, please contact me at (740) 253-4986 or message me on Facebook. Provide your name and the date you submitted your order. Keep in mind that not all orders are guaranteed to be accepted. I may decline orders due to availability or if the design is beyond my current abilities. I typically send a notification if I’m unable to accept an order, but feel free to reach out if you’re unsure.

What kind of icing do you use? My standard icing is American buttercream with shortening, known for its smooth texture and delicious flavor. However, I understand that everyone has different preferences, so I also offer alternatives. Do you offer whipped icing? Yes, I offer whipped icing for cupcakes and smaller cakes. However, since it requires temperature control, it is not available for larger cakes during the summer months. Will deep-colored icing affect the taste? Yes, deeper colors like red and black may have a stronger food coloring taste and can stain hands and mouths. If you’d like to avoid these colors, I’m happy to suggest alternatives — just let me know!

What types of cake toppers do you offer? I provide several options for cake toppers to fit your style and budget: • Cardstock Toppers: Custom-designed and included in the base price of your cake. • Plastic Figures & Characters: Available for an additional fee, based on their cost. You’re also welcome to provide your own toppers for me to add! • Edible Image or Fondant Toppers: Handcrafted and quoted based on time and materials. Important: If you prefer only edible toppers, please indicate this on your order form. Otherwise, you’ll be quoted for cardstock toppers by default.
