• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup.

Pickup Policy

• Scheduling: Pickup times must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.

• Pickup Window: A 30-minute grace period is available before and after your scheduled time to accommodate minor delays.

• Late Fees: A late fee of $15 per half hour will apply if you arrive outside the pickup window without prior notice. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes to avoid fees.

• Contactless Porch Pickup: For smaller cakes, I offer a contactless porch pickup option for your convenience. Please let me know in advance if you’d prefer this service.
