This was actually my very first time making sourdough, so I was completely new to it and honestly had no idea where to start. Your guide made everything feel so much less intimidating, and whenever I had questions or ran into something I wasn’t sure about, you were so helpful. Between the guide, asking questions, and our back-and-forth messages, I was able to make my very first loaf! It was so exciting seeing it actually turn out, especially knowing I started with basically no experience. I definitely feel like your coaching would be helpful whether someone is brand new to sourdough or has experience but is struggling with getting their loaves to turn out the way they want. You made the whole process feel really approachable and gave me the confidence to keep baking.

We followed the instructions on the packaging in regards to using and enjoying the bread over a longer period of time. We ordered the olive garlic loaf for our grilled cheese sandwiches. We ordered the cranberry pecan loaf for breakfast, drizzled with honey or topped with peanut butter and bananas. Two beautiful sourdough loaves of bread, indeed! But for two people too much bread?! So we sliced our loaves put them in Ziplock bags and froze them. Toasted or-just left to thaw briefly. Both loaves tasted like first day fresh baked. Thank you three Strands Sourdough Bread! PS. The chocolate chip cookies are absolutely divine, and they too freeze beautifully and slightly warmed in the microwave! Again, just like fresh baked, and delicious!

The sourdough bread was absolutely delicious, with an amazing flavor and so fresh. Olga was also incredibly kind and even allowed me to place an order past the deadline, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend her!

I have to submit another review! I just can’t decide which is my favorite. I have had the garlic sourdough, which I thought was my favorite. Then I had the Cranberry Pecan Sourdough and this was incredible, especially with butter and a light drizzle of honey. Today I had the Rosemary Olive sourdough with a light spread of butter and every single bite was exquisite! To make it extra fun, I dip it into olive oil and balsamic. I don’t know how she does it. Her hands are magic! I think I can taste all the love she pour into every loaf she makes.

I am usually hesitant about eating bread since there are so many types out there an most of it taste the same— but it was a friend who shared the bread here with me and since it was shared- I figured I would try it because the packaging itself was nice - and it was absolutely delicious and truly felt like it was bread from a fine dining French restaurant. I had it with a drizzle of salt and pepper and balsamic vinaigrette and felt it was definitely something to share/review about because I didn’t even care about bread in the first place! Absolutely DELISH

I had the joy of attending Olga’s sourdough workshop with my daughter, and we both walked away deeply inspired. Olga’s joy, kindness, and patience made the experience not only educational, but truly meaningful. She has a wonderful way of teaching that encourages confidence and curiosity, especially for younger learners, and it was so special to see my daughter excited about learning a new skill. Beyond the workshop, our family has had many of Olga’s baked goods, and every single one has brought love and joy into our home. Her sourdough bread, brown butter chocolate chip cookies, walnut cranberry sourdough, baguettes, apple pie, and sourdough apple muffins are all exceptional — I honestly recommend them all! What sets Olga apart is how personal and intentional she is in connecting with her customers. You can feel the care she puts into both her baking and her relationships. Olga doesn’t just make incredible food; she creates experiences that nourish the heart as much as the home. We are so grateful for her talent, her faith and love for God, and the joy she brings through everything she bakes.

Not only were Olga’s baked goods the best I’ve had, I mean really top level. But it was more than that that made the experience exceptional. She is one of the kindest and sweetest people you will ever meet, she is certainly the kindest and sweetest baker you will ever meet. Just a really great person with great bread and cookies and the cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing. I will always get bread from her when I am in the area.

Delicious bread!

I mean it, we are hooked with her delicious bread and cookies. Not only that, our favorite is the jalapeño cheese sourdough. Out of these world Her baking is over the top, as is her beautiful and kind personality. Highly recommended ❤️

I ordered my first loaf of bread and chocolate chip cookies and instantly became a customer! Bread is always fresh and really tasty, the cookie are soooo delicious. I have also ordered an apple pie it was a hit at my thanksgiving dinner. Olga truly makes all her goodies with love. The best sourdough bread I have ever had.

Everything I have ordered- from the holiday sourdough to the pancake mix, sourdough cinnamon rolls, and fresh cookies have been some of the best I’ve ever had. I have never liked cinnamon rolls; but found myself making bites at 2am after feeding my little one. Cookies are addictive and melt in your mouth. The fresh sourdough bread is soft and goes great for a sandwich or just to eat on its own. And the pancakes are pillowy, soft and perfectly seasoned. 10/10. Can’t wait to try more seasonal offerings.

I was introduced to 3 Strands Sourdough thru Olga. What a delight! I ordered bread and chocolate chip cookies these past few months. The cookies were the best ever. Oh my goodness! The apple with cinnamon streusel and caramel sauce was the best muffin I’ve ever had! Dangerously good as I’ve had three today! Well done.

Class was enjoyable and helpful.

Olga is amazing and her bread is the best! We’ve tried making sourdough on our own and haven’t been able to master it. Olga gives great step by step instructions and you leave the class with some of her starter. Bonus, she provides some of her delicious sourdough cookies and muffins to munch on during class along with some yummy teas and coffee.

I really enjoyed taking the sourdough class. Olga was a wonderful instructor and helped break down the process to make it easier to replicate at home.

From the first bite, this sourdough bread feels special. It is made with clean ingredients and baked with love. The bread is fresh, full of flavor, and truly homemade. The little surprise gifts are so nice and make the experience even warmer and more special.

The only problem with Olga'S sourdough is that I end up over ordering because my mouth wants more, more, more. It's a great problem to have. Try the cheddar jalapeno loaf toasted, or the cranberry, pistachio, white chocolate loaf. Thank me later!

Picked these up at the Farmer’s Market in Colfax last Thursday. Delicious doesn’t even do these justice. These very fresh muffins tasted great with just the right amount of icing and slivered almonds on top, and were baked to perfection. Can’t wait to try everything else now.

I love that it is organic! No glyphosate! The flavor is out of this world amazing! The texture and the crumb both wonderful… I can’t say enough about this Baker! I’ve been trying to make my own sourdough bread, but it keeps coming out wacky, so from now on, I will buy.

These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have tried so far. They are made with the freshest ingredients and are so soft and chewy! 10/10 would recommend🥰🥰🥰

I have always been someone who was mindful of the food I ate. I always checked the labels! As a result, I developed such a negative relationship with carbs! And I love carbs! I mean who doesn’t ! 😂🤍It seems we have to work overtime to not get sick or experience some sort of inflammation from the ingredients in our food! But thankfully! I stumbled upon Three Strands! I instantly knew I could trust this brand to go out of their way to provide the quality ingredients our bodies need and deserve! The attention to detail is so apparent! It truly is a blessing! Olga’s baked goods are so good, I’ve often driven 45 min to get her fresh bread and pastries. Then I took her class. Now I bake at home, but I’ve got a long way to go to come close to the delectable goodies this gifted baker offers each week.

The bread, the goodies, the pies, everything is OUTSTANDING. Not only is the taste the most satisfying part, you also feel good afterward, no bloat just pure satisfaction and nourishment. I love that there are different options to choose from and there’s seasonal items! The sourdough bread I had was delicious. It had a perfect crunch on the outside and soft, airy on the inside. It tasted fresh and felt homemade(which it is). Definitely a loaf worth ordering again!

By far the best sourdough bread I've ever had! Then there are the breads with embellishments - cranberry walnut is my favorite. But that's not all, muffins, cookies, scones, apple pie and cinnamon rolls!!! Sooo good!

Tried the white chocolate pistachio raisin bread and oh my it’s amazing! I made French toast with it and it was the best. Also had the muffins as well and they were great.

Me and my family have been ordering bread from 3 Strands Sourdough for a few years now and it’s one of the best sourdough breads we’ve ever tried. It has that perfect crunch on the outside and so soft and fluffy on the inside. Even when I had to freeze it while we were out of town it still had that perfect texture after we defrost it. The bread goes well with anything and on everything. We love our weekly sourdough bread, thanks 3 Strands Sourdough!!

I’ve been ordering Olga’s bread for over 2 years. This bread is absolutely the best. Our kids love dipping it into soups or just eating fresh bread with butter.
