Pickup Hours:

Monday-Friday: 3pm-9:30pm

Payment Policy:

Apple Pay, Zelle, Cashapp, and cash

Payment must be sent in advance to confirm your order.

Ordering Policy:

- Pre-order requirement: Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

- I bake 2x week selling 2-3 dozens of treats at a time.

Freshness Guidelines:

* Cookies: Best enjoyed within 2–3 days.
Cookies with dairy-based toppings should be refrigerated if not eaten the same day.

* Cakes/cheesecakes/brownies: Must be refrigerated or frozen.

* Iced Lattes: Should be consumed as soon as possible to prevent watering down.

• DC during spring, summer, and winter breaks

• Morgan State campus during the school semester

Deposits for Large Orders:

Deposits are non-refundable after 12 hours.

A deposit is required for large/bulk orders including:

* a dozen or more cookies

* Cakes

* Cupcakes

* Other large custom orders

No-Show & Late Pickup Policy:

To respect everyone’s time, please follow your confirmed pickup time.

* No-Show:
Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time will be forfeited with no refund.

* Late Pickup:
If you need extra time, please message me.
After a 15-minute grace period, a small late pickup fee $10 may be applied.

Cancellations & Refunds:

* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your pickup date to qualify for a refund.

* No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
