Hiya! It’s Alexandra, proud owner of “Yuba Sourdough”, formerly known as She Bakes Sourdough.

Baking sourdough has been a passion of mine for several years now and I’m so excited to offer fresh, organic, artisan sourdough bread to my community.

When I’m not in the kitchen baking, I’m chasing after my two little girls, Tigerlily Love and Forest Wyld.

We are not currently offering preorders. You can find our AMAZING, gut healthy sourdough bread at the following markets:

•Penn Valley Western Gateway Park, Thursday 9-1pm

•Colfax Farmers Market, Thursdays 4-7pm

•Nevada City Farmers Market, Saturdays 8:30-1pm

We are hard at work opening out Brick & Mortar Bakery at 315 Spring St. We are hoping to open our doors by September of 2024.
