How far in advance should I place my order?
All whole cakes and pies require a minimum of 1 week notice. Limited items may be available for same-day or next-day ordering, but availability is not guaranteed.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed. Pickup is available Thursday through Saturday during your selected window.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location. Delivery windows will be provided at checkout.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes- select items are available for nationwide shipping. Orders are shipped via priority shipping (1-3 business days) after processing.

We currently ship items that travel well, such as all of our cakes.
What if my order is delayed or damaged during shipping?
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, but please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Can I DM to place an order?
No. To ensure accuracy and proper processing, all orders must be placed through our website. We do not accept orders via DM.
