Hey there! I'm Yolanda; we moved to LMWS in October 2024. After wrapping up my time managing three awesome businesses in California, I have decided to dive into my love for baking sourdough bread. With the amazing support from our neighbors, my husband and I thought, why not share my delicious creations with more people? So, to make sure you get the freshest bread possible, my husband set up this site for orders. Usually, I need about two days from start to finish; this will show on the availability calendar. The ingredients in my sourdough bread are three simple ingredients: unbleached flour, water, and Himalayan pink salt. Additionally, a starter is required, crafted from flour and water, and must be regularly nourished to maintain its vitality. Oh, and just so you know, I am a certified California Safe-Serve Food Safety Manager.
