Please read my terms and conditions; they exist to protect my time and effort and to ensure everyone is fairly treated. I take pride in my work, genuinely love baking, and will make every effort to accommodate your needs/situations. Thank you! 1. Payment and Booking To secure a spot on my calendar, payment for your order must be received in full. Reservation is not recognized until payment is received. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be made at least one week in advance to qualify for a full refund. I am a small home bakery; please understand that I likely had to decline someone else’s order to book yours. Short notice cancellation is eligible for store credit but rescheduling is based on my availability. In the unlikely event I need to cancel your order because of illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued, as well as a discount on the next order. 3. Pickup Policy A pickup time window will be discussed at the time your order is placed. Typically, orders are available for pickup between noon-3:30 PM and again between 5:30-8:30PM. I will leave your order outside on my contactless pickup shelf for your desired time window. If the order is not picked up within 24 hours of the pickup window without communication, your order is considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund or store credit. 4. Quality Control Your order is carefully packaged, but will require a flat and level surface to transport in your car. I am not responsible for damage during transportation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please bring it back to me to assess. I cannot refund an order that was completely eaten. Thank you so much! Now let’s bake!
