How do I place an order? All orders are placed through the order request form and are confirmed once deposit is received. Do you require a deposit? Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. How far in advance should I order? We recommend 2-4 days in advance. Larger orders may require more notice. Do you offer delivery and pickup? Yes, both are available. Delivery fees vary by location. What areas do you deliver to? Auburn, Kent, Seattle, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply. Can I request a custom design? Yes! All orders are custom. We recreate inspiration photos in our own style. Do you accommodate allergies? Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. Can I make changes after ordering? Changes are limited once production begins. What is your cancellation policy?
