Orders totaling less than $50 are required to be paid in full upon ordering. For orders totaling $50 or more, a $50 nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your pick-up date. This applies toward your total and covers any cookie cutters, sprinkles, and packaging to make your cookies extra special! The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup date for orders less than 60 cookies. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to pickup date for orders of 60 or more cookies.

Orders of 59 or less cookies: Eligible for 100% refund, less the $50 retainer, if cancelled 14 days or more prior to pickup date. Eligible for 50% refund, less the $50 retainer, if cancelled 7-13 days prior to pickup date. Ineligible for refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to pickup date. Orders of 60 or more cookies: Eligible for 100% refund, less the $50 retainer, if cancelled 14 days or more prior to pickup date. Orders cancelled less than 14 days prior to pickup date are ineligible for refund.

All orders are required to be picked up by the purchaser in Southgate, MI unless otherwise agreed upon. Local delivery is considered on a case by case basis and will incur a delivery fee.

A rush order fee will apply to orders placed within 7 days of pickup date.

Changes of quantity, flavor, and/or design must be requested 14 days prior to pickup date. I will do my best to accommodate all requests but changes made within less than 14 days of pickup date may incur an additional rush change fee.
