Ordering /Payments: All orders should be placed at least two weeks prior to the date cookies are needed. This is to help me get ready and order any supplies I may need. Orders can be placed on Facebook and Instagram messenger, or through Bakesy, via text or email at fehrswyocookiejar@gmail.com. All orders are to be paid for in full at the time of ordering. We accept Cash, Wyocookiejar Venmo, and we also accept credit cards via square invoices.

Refunds: Once the order is placed and paid for, the spot has been reserved and I have already begun gathering supplies. Refunds will only be given if cancellation is prior to 1 week or more before the cookie due date, the refund will only be 50% and minus any supplies that were specially ordered. Cancellations: I understand things happen in life and sometimes a cancellation cannot be avoided. If a situation arises and you are prior to 1 week or more to the cookie due date, you will receive a 50% refund and minus any supplies that were special ordered for your order. IF it is within 1 week of your order due date no refund will be given. Sometimes, things happen in my life as well IF for some reason we have an unexpected issue come up and are unable complete the order, a full refund will be given.

Pricing: Each order is priced individually and are NOT a set rate. The price is determined by many factors, such as the cost of ingredients, supplies (If things need to be ordered or not), and the time it takes us for each design. Cookie pricing quotes will only be honored for 10 days, if order is not placed at that time, it is subject to new pricing when placed. All prices are subject to change. Sales Tax/Processing Fees: All orders will be subject to a processing fee up to 10 percent of the original order total.

Pickup: All local orders are pick-up only unless special arrangements have been made. Delivery: Delivery is by soecial Request ONLY. A delivery fee of $40 will be charged.

Last Minute/Rush Orders: While I always try my best to accommodate anyone who wants to order cookies no matter the size of order, I will always try to squeeze you in, however, I cannot always do so. If I can fit it in, and the order needs to be completed quickly, there will be a rush fee of $50.

Pre-Sales/Specials: Occasionally we will offer a holiday box pre-sale or a special offer. There will be a date when these orders will need to be picked up, please stay tuned for those on our Facebook, Bakesy site, Instagram or on our website www.wyocookiejar.com

Cookie Photos: All orders WILL be photographed and posted to my personal and professional social media. They will also be posted on our company website www.wyocookiejar.com and will be added to our portfolio and gallery. I will always send a photo to you when the order is completed for you to view first. If you would like me to wait to post, or would like to keep the order a secret, please discuss this with me at ordering. Colors and glitter sometimes look a little different in photos as they do in person. Inspirational Photos: I love it when you send pictures of what you want your order to look like, it really helps me understand exactly what you are looking for. I will also use these photos as inspiration and refer to them while designing your cookies. However, the photos will NOT be an exact or perfect copy. If there is something (like a color) that needs to be perfectly matched, I am happy to meet with you in person.

Cottage Food Law/Allergy information: At this time I am unable to accommodate any food sensitivities or specialties for cookies. All cookies are made in a home kitchen and are not regulated or inspected by the local or state health department and may contain allergens. This kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. If you have an allergy concern, I am happy to discuss it with you further.

Cookie Care: Once cookies are picked up, Wyocookiejar is no longer responsible for their condition. For the best results please do not refrigerate or freeze the cookies. With the cookies being individually packaged they will last up to two weeks or more on a table in a normal temp room.
