1. How do I place an order?
Submit your custom order through Bakesy and pay the 50% deposit to reserve your date. Orders are confirmed once the deposit is received.
2. How far in advance should I order?
Book 2–4 weeks ahead for standard orders, 6–8 weeks for larger or detailed designs. Rush orders may be accepted with a fee.
3. Deposit & Payment
50% deposit required to reserve your date. Remaining balance due 7 days before pickup. Orders within 7 days require full payment upfront.
4. Can I change my order?
Changes must be requested 72+ hours before pickup. Once decorating begins, changes cannot be accommodated.
5. Inspiration & Design
Photos are for reference only. Your order will be a unique interpretation of your theme. Exact replicas of other bakers’ designs cannot be guaranteed.
6. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled 7+ days before pickup may get a refund beyond the deposit. Orders cancelled within 7 days or once decorating begins are non-refundable.
7. Allergens
Made in a home kitchen handling wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. Cannot guarantee allergen-free.
8. Pickup & Transport
Pick up at your scheduled time. Late pickups (30+ minutes) may incur a $15 fee. Transport carefully; I am not responsible for damage after pickup.
9. Deliveries
Delivery may be available for an additional fee—contact me to check availability.
10. Photos & Marketing
I may photograph your order for portfolio and social media purposes.
11. Weather & Emergencies
In rare circumstances beyond my control, I will notify you. If I cannot complete your order, a full refund will be issued.
12. Serving Sizes
Serving estimates are guidelines. Actual servings may vary depending on how the cake is cut.
13. Last-Minute Orders
Depending on availability, rush orders may be accepted with a rush fee.
