Wolli Bakes

Hey, I’m Wolli! Once upon a time, I was supposed to be Lolli, but my granddaughter had other ideas—so Wolli it is! I’ve always loved sourdough, and baking is my kind of therapy. There’s just something magical about mixing simple ingredients, letting time do its thing, and ending up with a beautiful, crusty loaf.

I recently decided to share my sourdough creations, and let me tell you—inclusion loaves are my absolute favorite. I love sneaking in swirls of chocolate, nuts, fruit, or whatever delicious idea pops into my head!

Meet my starters: Carbley (the powerhouse behind my classic sourdough) and Coco (the queen of double chocolate breads and treats). Together, we’re baking up all kinds of goodness, one loaf at a time.
