We Only use Organic, minimally processed ingredients. Only Organic, US grown flours go into every loaf. We also use cage free eggs and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. A Proud GO TEXAN Partner as well as a member of the Homemade Texas Cottage Group.

Mother of 3 humans, wife, dog mom, foster mom of humans and animals. Born and raised in Texas and I have always had a love for baking, candy making and cooking. As a newlywed I moved to Alaska and Spent 18 years there. I had a successful career as a retail associate/manager at Fred Meyer.

I returned to Texas in 2004. I use non GMO, organic, and local/Texan ingredients in all my baked goods. Always fresh never frozen fruit, lower sugar & no water added jams and jelly.
