At Wild Prairie Baking Co., I’m excited to introduce my Spring Sourdough Menu. Blueberry Sourdough Rolls - light and airy sourdough cinnamon rolls, generously packed with a bright homemade blueberry and orange zest compote, and finished with a whipped vanilla bean cream cheese frosting. Enjoy the timeless taste of my classic sourdough loaf. Made with my 7-year-old starter Everything Loaf - My classic sourdough loaf is bursting with a delicious blend of everything seasoning. Parmesan Garlic Loaf - Indulge in my classic sourdough bread loaded with freshly toasted garlic and generous shavings of Parmesan. Initially, all sourdough will be made to order. Once the weather improves and remains pleasant, I will have a stand.
