A micro bakery is a small-batch, home-based bakery focused on quality over quantity. At Whisk Takers Micro Bakery, we handcraft every item in small batches using high-quality organic ingredients and traditional methods—especially our naturally leavened and long fermented sourdough!

We are based in Yukon, OK. We do not have a storefront, but you can order for local pickup. Follow us on Facebook for pop-up event announcements!

3. How do I place an order?
You can order by:

• Ordering from our weekly menu posted!
All orders must be paid in advance to secure your spot. No exceptions, as everything is made to order.

4. What do you bake?
Our rotating menu features:

• Fresh scones, muffins, cookies, and quick breads

5. Do you offer custom or event orders?
Yes! We accept custom and bulk orders for small events, gifts, brunches, and more. Please contact us at least one week in advance. Minimum quantities may apply.

6. Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly items?
Some items may be available without dairy or gluten ingredients, but our kitchen is not allergen-free. We use wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts regularly.

7. How should I store and enjoy your baked goods?
🥖 Sourdough Loaves
• Short-term (1–5 days): Store cut-side down on a cutting board or in a paper bag. Avoid plastic bags unless freezing.
• Freezing: Slice (if desired), wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil, and place in a freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 months.
• To Refresh: For a whole loaf, thaw if frozen, then bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes. For slices, toast straight from frozen.
🧁 Scones, Muffins & Quick Breads
• Store at room temp in an airtight container for 1–3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
• For best results, warm briefly in a toaster oven or microwave before serving.
🍪 Cookies
• Store in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
• To freeze, layer with parchment and seal well. Reheat in oven at 300°F for a few minutes to restore softness or crispness.

8. What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of our small-batch baking, we do not offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll happily offer a product replacement. Please reach out within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

Not yet! We currently offer local pickup and delivery only, but we’re exploring shelf-stable products that may allow us to ship in the future.

10. How do I get my items?
• our pick ups for Yukon are Sunday’s. Typically from 3pm-9pm
• Oklahoma City pick up is Monday at Le Bon Coin (1701 S. Wheeler in OKC) from 11am-9pm.
