I understand that taste is subjective and may vary from person to person. While I will do my best to ensure desserts are enjoyable and true to their flavor descriptions, I do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences.
I encourage every customer to communicate any dietary restrictions, flavor sensitivities, or preferences before ordering so I can help guide you toward the best options.
If you believe there is a mistake with your order or a concern regarding product quality (e.g., wrong item, missing items, or something that doesn't meet my standards), please notify me within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. I may request photos or a return of the product in question to evaluate the issue.
If an error was made on my end, I will gladly make it right through one of the following:
• Store credit
• Partial or full replacement of the product
• A discount on a future order
Please note that once a product has been consumed (in full or majority), I am unable to verify the concern, and store credit or replacements may not be offered.
Pickup/delivery
Once an order leaves my hands-whether picked up or delivered-I am not responsible for any damages that occur in transit, due to improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions (e.g., heat exposure, dropping the item, etc.).

Cookie boxes $25
Cupcakes $30-35 per dozen depending on style and additives
Oatmeal pies $25 per dozen
Cakes $40 and up depending on size additives and decor
Deposits due within 48 hours of ordering
Final payment due 3 days before pick up
