If your order requires shipping, the full balance and cost of shipping is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All orders are non-refundable. Once the items leave our shop, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transport, setup, or afterward. When you or your designated party picks up the items, they are considered "Accepted," indicating satisfaction with the product.

Cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of the scheduled pickup. Should a cancellation occur during this period, a $25 late cancellation fee will be applied to your next order. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
