I’ve always wanted to learn how to make sourdough, but was intimidated by the process. Palmi made it fun and answered all of my questions. For anyone that wants to take up this hobby, I highly recommend her class.

The seminar was very well planned and organized. The venue was appropriately sized and comfortable. Enjoyed meeting likeminded bakers!

I've made this business my go to source for bread. If you are looking for high quality, tasty bread, you've come to the right place. I've only ordered plain Sourdough bread and the cranberry & walnut bread so far. Both were yummy. Can't go wrong.

When I saw a recipe post about lemon blueberry cream cheese bread, I had to ask Palmi if she’d ever made it before. She said no—but was willing to give it a try. Let me just say… she hit it out of the park! 👏 The Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese Sourdough Bread turned out absolutely amazing— so flavorful! Bursting with fresh lemon and sweet blueberries, add in the creaminess of he cream cheese for just the right touch of richness without being too heavy. Every bite was pure perfection! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you haven’t tried this one yet, do yourself a favor and order a loaf. You won’t be disappointed!
