Pick-ups
Pick-up days are Friday after 12pm. Once an order has been placed, I will send you the address & directions.
Cancellation Policy & No Shows
Thank you so much for supporting my small business! I wanted to take a moment to kindly go over this policy in detail. All of my sourdough products, including bread and baked goods, are made to order and require over 24 hours of fermentation and preparation. This process actually starts on Tuesday when I prep the ingredients, continues on Wednesday when I prepare the dough, and culminates on Thursday with baking to ensure pickups on Friday.
This includes not only the time and care I dedicate to preparing each loaf, but also the cost of quality ingredients, electricity, and the time I spend away from my family—especially my three young children.
If you are unable to pick up your order or fail to notify me of a change in plans (no call, no show), I will unfortunately need to charge you for both the balance of your current order and the cost of your next order, as the ingredients and time are already committed. This policy helps ensure that everything runs smoothly and fairly for all customers.
