You will need: Cookie Mix 12 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted and Slightly Cooled 1 Large Egg, Room Temperature 1 and 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Let butter cool until it is no longer warm to the touch, near room temperature 3. Combine egg, butter, and vanilla and stir until well combined 4. Add all jar ingredients and mix/stir well until everything is combined and no clumps are remaining 5. Scoop 1-1.5 Tablespoon sized dough balls* onto an UNGREASED cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes 6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack to finish cooling *For plumper cookies and less spreading, allow dough to chill for 1-2 hours and then sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping.
