Dessert Policy

Deposit Requirements

-Orders will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.

-A deposit is required to secure your chosen collection date.

-If I haven’t received a deposit within 24 hours of booking I will have to cancel your order to make spots for other costumers

-Final payment must be made no later than a week prior to collection.

Order Collection

-Orders must be collected on the agreed-upon date. A specific collection time will be provided after the deposit is received.

-Customers are responsible for collecting their own orders.

-In rare cases where delivery is arranged, an additional delivery fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

-All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
