How far in advance should I order? For the freshest bakes, I recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. Some seasonal or special items may require more notice — details are always in the product description. ⸻ 3. When can I pick up my order? Pickup is available on Saturday, and Sunday in Baltimore, MD. You’ll receive the exact address after your order is confirmed. ⸻ 4. Do you deliver? Yes! Delivery is available Tuesday–Friday with a $30 minimum order (before delivery fees). Local orders over $60 qualify for free delivery. ⸻ 5. How are the cookies packaged? Cookies are packaged in eco-friendly boxes/containers, and you can add individual wrapping, custom notes, or other extras at checkout. ⸻ 6. Can I customize my order? Absolutely. You can build your own cookie pack, order by the dozen, or add extras like edible glitter, balloons, or cookie bouquets. ⸻ 7. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? Yes! I work with small businesses, restaurants, and event planners. Use the contact form to get a wholesale pricing sheet. ⸻ 8. Do you make gluten-free or vegan items? Currently, I do not offer gluten-free or vegan cookies — but stay tuned! These may be added in the future. ⸻ 9. How should I store my cookies? Cookies stay fresh at room temperature for 5-7 days in an airtight container, or you can freeze them for up to 2 months. Warm in the oven for that “freshly baked” magic. ⸻ 10. What is your cancellation/refund policy? Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund. After that, refunds will mot be issued due to the made-to-order nature of my bakes.
