This Biscoff cheesecake was absolutely incredible. The cheesecake itself was rich, smooth, and perfectly creamy without being overly heavy. The buttery Biscoff cookie crust added the perfect crunch, and the caramelized cookie butter flavor came through in every bite. It had just the right amount of sweetness, making it hard to stop at one slice. If you’re a fan of Biscoff, this dessert is a must-try, easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had!

We ordered a gluten free carrot cheesecake for our friend's birthday and it blew our expectations out of the water. This was the best birthday cake replacement ever and I couldn't recommend Western Whisk more for any occasion!

We ordered a cheesecake for our son on 6/11 for pickup to be 6/18. Not only was it a quick turnaround with availability short notice, it was also very good quality! It tasted great and she was able to fulfill our special requests like Lego and dinosaur decorations on it. She was also able to make it gluten free! Thank you for making our son’s bday special with his favorite flavor of cheesecake!

Both were delicious!!!!.....I would have loved a bit more lemon in the lemon blueberry...but I LOVE lemon 🍋 😍 Satified our cravings for sure!

The texture was perfectly smooth and creamy, the flavor was spot-on, and it wasn’t overly sweet. One of those desserts you keep thinking about after it’s gone. Highly recommend!
