Each basket includes a full-size sourdough loaf, a sourdough focaccia, and a four-pack of brown butter cookies. Baskets may be customized with any available flavors from our current menu. These baskets are offered by special request only, allowing each item to be baked fresh with gifting in mind.
This loaf has a shorter fermentation time resulting in a more mild “sour” taste.
This loaf is exactly the same as our mild loaf EXCEPT the dough is refrigerated for 3 days prior to baking. This long fermentation period makes for a deeper “sour” flavor.

Orders for this loaf must be submitted at least 3 days prior to bake day. If there is not enough time for the long fermentation process a new date will be offered.
Using high quality mild cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeños makes this loaf a big crowd pleaser. Don’t be scared of the jalapeños, I deseed each one before they go into the dough so you get all the flavor without the heat.
