I am a certified Pastry Chef, I went to the Art Institute of Atlanta from 2014 to 2017 & graduated with my Associated Degree in Baking & Pastry but a lot of my courses consisted of savory cuisines from different regions of the world so I am well versed in both baking and regular cooking!

I began baking as a teenager and decided in high school that I wanted to specialize in custom cakes! I started Wake & Cake in 2017 after I graduated from culinary school!
