About
My name is Larissa McGowan, I am 28!years old!
I am a certified Pastry Chef, I went to the Art Institute of Atlanta from 2014 to 2017 & graduated with my Associated Degree in Baking & Pastry but a lot of my courses consisted of savory cuisines from different regions of the world so I am well versed in both baking and regular cooking!
I began baking as a teenager and decided in high school that I wanted to specialize in custom cakes! I started Wake & Cake in 2017 after I graduated from culinary school!
BOOKING POLICY :
Hello & thank you for choosing Wake & Cake for your special event!
When placing an order you must be deposit ready. A 50% deposit is required upon booking. I no longer hold calender dates without a paid deposit. Orders under $50 require full payment.
All 50% deposits are non refundable unless I am at fault , or if I cancel for any reason. I do however allow you the opportunity to apply your paid deposit to an order for a further date. You are only allowed to reschedule 1 time. Final payments are due 1 day before order due date , this is POLICY & helps me to avoid clients that do not want to finish paying for their product after receiving it.
Please place all custom cake & cupcake orders 2 WEEKS in advance! (I do accept last minute orders if the availability is there).
Once cake is received, I will instruct you on how to properly transport & store your cake. I am no longer liable for any physical damages that may occur to your cake once it is no longer in my possession!
