TERMS AND CONDITIONS All products are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. INGREDIENTS: All cookies, cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. Products are not gluten free or vegan. I, Viviana Mendez, will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cookies or cakes. All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration. QUOTATIONS: All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. ORDERS: A three (3) week notice is needed for all orders. Where availability permits, I accept short notice orders for an added $10 rush fee + full payment at time of ordering. DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your date. Where I have delivered what is quoted and invoiced, but the Customer does not accept the finished product, the Customer WILL NOT be refunded. Please be descriptive with exact designs you want so this can be avoided. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: Where we cancel the booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the Customer. FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS: The balance is due 4 days before pickup date, and before the product leaves the premises. If payment isn’t received by this time, the order will be cancelled. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality. PICKUP: The Customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the product is released from the care and custody of the Supplier’s. The Supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter. REFUNDS/CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY: POSTPONEMENT If, for any reason the event is required to be postponed, please contact me immediately. The new date proposed will be subject to availability. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS If cancellation of the order is required, and you have paid your full balance, the refund policy is as follows: If the cancellation is made with 8+ days notice prior to your pickup date, you will receive a refund, less your initial deposit and the cost of any supplies already purchased for your order. If the cancellation is less than seven (7) days prior to your event, there will be absolutely no refunds given. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation. Please note: Any non-refunded balance may be credited toward future purchases.

I’m located in San Tan Valley, with my closest cross streets being Hunt Hwy & Gantzel. For the safety of my family & business, I provide my exact pickup address once a deposit has been made on your order.

I do not offer delivery. As a one-woman business, I personally handle every step of the process—including baking, decorating, & packaging—to ensure the highest quality for each order. With multiple orders to fulfill, I’m unable to step away for deliveries without it impacting my workflow & attention to detail. All orders are pickup only in San Tan Valley, Thursday through Saturday (times may vary). I appreciate your understanding and support!

I open my availability three months at a time, so I recommend booking as soon as possible within that timeframe to secure your date. Orders should be placed at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability, as I take a limited number of custom orders per week. For last-minute requests, I may be able to accommodate your order depending on my schedule, but a $10 rush fee & full payment will be needed. My custom vanilla bean sugar cookies are priced based on design complexity, level of detail, & the number of designs & colors included. I offer two pricing tiers: • Standard ($55-$60/dozen) – This includes up to 4 designs & 5 colors, perfect for simple yet elegant sets with clean designs & minimal detailing. • Detailed ($60+/dozen) – This tier is for more intricate designs, including up to 6 designs, characters (excluding portraits), logos, metallic accents, watercolor effects, edible glitter, & 3D elements. The price within this range depends on the complexity of the requested details. • Rush Fee: A $10 rush fee is automatically applied to orders placed without a minimum of three weeks’ notice. The total balance needs to be paid in full for all rushed orders. For an exact quote, please provide inspo photos or detailed design requests. Pricing reflects the time, skill, & high-quality ingredients used to create each custom cookie set.

Yes & no! I do not include standing cake toppers by default, but if you need one, I can purchase it specifically for your order & charge the exact cost of the topper. The same applies to lay-flat acrylic charms/toppers—I can source them upon request, with the cost added to your order.
