3-5 days is my standard lead time. For weekends and bigger orders, or holiday weeks, please book 1-2 weeks in advance. Rush orders (under 3 days notice) are subject to a +25% rush fee.
How do I place an order?
Click "Place Order" button on my storefront, or message me on Instagram @violetpetalpops. I'll confirm details and send an invoice and 50% deposit request. Once paid, you're officially booked!
Is the deposit refundable?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but if you cancel more than 7 days before your pickup date, I can apply it to a future order within 90 days.
Can I make changes after I order?
Yes! Color, flavor and design tweaks can be made up 48 hours before pickup at no extra charge.
