Our Chef/Owner Ángel "Taly" Villafañe was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is the Chef who makes sure that our Cookies, Cakes, and desserts taste delicious and with a touch of flavor from our beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. Chef Villafañe obtained his diploma in Culinary Arts with a Certification in Bakery and Pastry. With the help of the family, the bakery was established in 2023. If you want to sweeten your palate, I recommend trying our delicious desserts and cakes from our home bakery.

Michelle is the chef's assistant. She

has 4 years of experience as an

Event coordinator. She has 3 years

of experience in the bakery and

Deli departments. Michelle has also

earned 6 years overall as a retail

manager and more than 5 years in

the marketing and advertising

area. She is also the chef's Mom.

John is our most important asset. He helps with everything from the kitchen to event planning, and he's the person you'll see when delivering orders. John has 17 years of experience in retail and customer service.
