About
At Vernele’s everything is made with LOVE. The BEST ingredients and time honored, family recipes handed down from generations past. Being the youngest of 4 kids, I started Vernele’s to share the wonderful traditions I grew up with. Coming from a family of bakers, I inherited a passion for spreading love with fantastic desserts. At the age of six, I learned how to make my dad’s favorite peanut butter cookies and i was hooked. I have spent the rest of my life experimenting with new creations and perfecting family recipes, many of which are more than 200 year old. Named after my Grandma Vernele, we created Vernele’s bakery to share our passion for caring for others with desserts.
