At Velour Confections, every creation is handcrafted with care, premium ingredients, and a touch of love. Here’s what you need to know before placing your order:

💵 Payments & Retainer Fee:

• A 50% retainer fee is required to reserve your date and begin the process. This fee goes toward your total but is not transferable to future dates if canceled unless it’s something we have discussed and both agree to.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.

• Orders under $50 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

📅 Rush Orders:

• Rush orders (placed with less than 5 days’ notice) are subject to a $25 fee and must be paid in full upon ordering.

🎨 Custom Designs:

• Each design is made just for you. Pricing varies based on size, flavors, fillings, and detailing.

• Starting prices:

• Custom cakes from $85

• Cupcakes from $36/dozen

• Candied treats from $30/set

🗓️ Pickup & Availability:

• Order pickups are available Wednesday through Friday.

• Saturday pickups are reserved for special events like baby showers, weddings, and parties.

Retainer fees are due within 72hrs of booking unless we have discussed otherwise! There will be no refunds on retainer fees!!!!

Unless I see fit that something should be refunded due to me being an issue I will refund your order! Otherwise if it’s something that can be fixed you may get a redo of that order or something else within that same price range!

Final payments for cakes, parties, caterings, date night services are due one week in advance or some the day before your order is complete!

I always keep open communication with your orders!!!!! So I apologize in advance if you feel like I’m messaging you too much but it’s to give you the reassurance and inform you of what’s going on with your order!!!!
