Hello, my name is Melanie Rodriguez, I've loved baking with my parents (both amazing bakers) ever since I can remember, watching their passion and creativity inspired me to pursue this dream of creating delicious treats with my own essence. The name Vanilla Sky comes from my obsession with this spice that enhances every single recipe, its warm and sweet flavor just makes everything better.
