What Gluten Free Flour do you use?
Sweet rice flour mix. Our gluten free flour brand will vary depending on what item we are baking. We sanitize everything we use very thoroughly to prevent any cross-contamination.
Egg free? Does it have to be?
Our cupcakes, cakes, and chocolate chip cookie recipes are vegan safe! The recipes we made are egg free, and will remain that way. Vegan, nonvegan, and egg enthusiasts will absolutely love it.
What butter do you use?
American Buttercream with an olive oil plant based butter. Not too sweet and so creamy!
