Uptown Oven – Order Policy A $30 deposit is required to secure all cake orders. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are refundable with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup will require full payment, as the order cannot be rebooked. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pickup. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
