Welcome to Unleavened—where every loaf and treat is made with love, intention, and the hope of bringing light into dark places.

Rooted in faith, this is more than a bakery—it’s a ministry. I offer handcrafted sourdough and sweet creations that nourish both body and soul, always baked with care, prayer, and purpose.

Unleavened isn’t just a name—it’s my testimony. In Scripture, unleavened bread represents purity, deliverance, and new beginnings. That’s the story God wrote in me: He delivered me from shame, addiction, and trauma, and gave me freedom, peace, and identity in Him. Every loaf is a reflection of that transformation.

Through Unleavened, my mission is simple:

To feed people—physically and spiritually.

To create with love and serve with joy.

To remind the weary that Jesus is still the Bread of Life.

At Market 1858 and in our community, we share bread, sweets, and hope through the Loaf of Love program, Worship Under the Stars, and weekly bakes. Whenever possible, leftovers are donated to bless those in need—because nothing made in love should go to waste.
